Temple Hopping

Today we have started our temple hopping. The first temple that we visited was Manti. Friday night we agreed that we will wake up at 7 o’clock so that at exactly 8 we are on our way. As usual we woke up late, maybe our body knows that it’s Saturday and its time to sleep a little bit longer. We have finished our laundry the night before so I am more comfortable going out I don’t have anything to worry about chores.

As we drove we enjoy looking all the beautiful mountains covered with snow. And see all the animals wandering on the ranch nearby. We are also hoping that we can see deer and elk crossing by, but unluckily the only thing that we saw are their hoof prints in the snow.

Manti is a quiet peaceful place you want to go if you are tired of living in a busy, noisy city. And I love this place, it’s far but I have the impression that everybody knows each other. It reminds me our town when I was a kid, before it became a city. It is safe to stay late at night outside and many people sleep without locking their door. But now there are a lot of people who come and live there that we do not know. And it was not the way it used to be.

We don't know these people but still we took shot because they been there for so long and we wanted to have to a picture of the temple.

it's me...it wasn't a shadow...hehehe

Andrew with his usual post..hehehhe

...now remember my sons, remember,it is upon the rock of our redeemer, who is christ, the son of God,that you may build you foundation....because of the rock upon which you are built, which is the sure foundation,a foundation whereon if men build they cannot fall(Helaman 5:12)

The Wall...

Look and Behold.....

After Manti we went to Provo temple. Andrew said that it is one of the busiest temples in Utah.

it seems that we're resting after walking around the temple but honestly we are waiting for someone we can ask to take a picture of us together. Unfortunately we didn't find one so i just took it myself...

After visiting the temple we decided to have a surprise visit to Uncle Dan and Aunt Diana. Luckily they were there. Aunt Diana showed me a quilt that Sarah did when she was in high school. She did it for her brother Joseph, what an amazing sister she is!!!!

Did you guys go through a session or are you just going to the temples and taking pictures? Whichever you are doing, it sounds like fun! How are Dan and Diana doing? Which temple are you going to next?
